• The Company will not entertain or be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form.

  Pihak syarikat tidak akan melayan atau bertanggungjawab untuk sebarang pertikaian yang timbul daripada butiran penyertaan yang tidak lengkap atau tidak tepat dalam borang pendaftaran.

  对于因注册表格中填写信息不完整或错误填写而引起的任何争议，本公司概不受理，也不承担任何责任。

• The free screening is for women aged 21 - 65 only.

  Untuk wanita berumur 21-65 sahaja.

  仅限21-65岁女性.

• This free screening is for women who are at risk of developing cervical cancer. Patients with a pre-existing diagnosis of cervical cancer are not eligible for the free screening.

  Saringan percuma ini hanya untuk orang yang berisiko menghadapi kanser serviks. Pesakit dengan diagnosis kanser serviks yang sedia ada tidak layak untuk saringan percuma ini.

  此项免费筛查适用于有患子宫颈癌风险的女性。已诊断为子宫颈癌患者的女性不符合此项免费筛查的条件。

• This free screening does not cover the costs of any additional services recommended by the doctor based on the screening result.

  Saringan percuma ini tidak menanggung kos sebarang perkhidmatan tambahan yang disyorkan oleh doktor berdasarkan keputusan saringan.

  此项免费筛查不包括医生根据筛查结果推荐的任何额外服务的费用。

• If you are eligible for this free screening, we will contact you within 5 -12 working days.

  Kami akan menghubungi anda dalam tempoh 5-12 hari bekerja sekiranya anda layak untuk menerima saringan percuma ini.

  如果您符合资格参加此免费筛查，我们将在 5-12 个工作日内与您联系。

• The screening appointment will be scheduled based on the availability of the screening centre. Screening will take place in the months of February, March, and April 2024.

  Saringan akan dijadualkan berdasarkan ketersediaan pusat saringan. Saringan ini akan bermula pada bulan Februari, Mac dan April 2024.

  筛查的预约时间将根据筛查中心的安排。此项筛查将会在二月、三月、和四月进行。

• This free screening programme is only available for Malaysian citizens.

  Program saringan percuma ini hanya untuk warganegara Malaysia.

  此项免费筛查仅适用于马来西亚公民。

• The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  Pihak syarikat berhak untuk mengubah mana-mana terma dan syarat ini pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis terlebih dahulu.

  本公司保留随时更改以上条款和条件的权利，恕不另行通知。
